Happy Faces Foundation is an initiative of hope, pride and self-discovery for an empowered society. The foundation is geared towards empowering women to become self-confident, self-employed, and independent individuals.
We believe that “Everyone Is Special” and hence encourage all women to use their skills towards financial and social independence. Apart from this, the foundation assists the families of the women in getting access to quality education.
Get togethers & Picnics
A community that eats and travels together, stays together – and we believe strongly that traveling and food makes a great combination. We often organize small trips and picnics, where women get together, and find themselves away from the everyday routine of their home and work lives.
In 2021, the whole team traveled to Statue of Unity for the day to enjoy and see the updates in the banana fibre unit setup by the locals there
We are also happy to experience and witness path breaking and inspiring films like hellaro and jhund.
Festivals
All traditional Indian festivals have a significant place in the organization, and we celebrate each one with zeal. From Garba to Diwali and Holi, there’s a burst of energy during festivities, and that’s something the women look forward to!
Birthdays & Pre-wedding rituals
Birthday celebrations are a treat at the foundation, and for every team member we cut the cake and distribute sweets like a family. This is their home away from home.
Pre wedding rituals like Sangeet, and Mehendi are also celebrated for artisans who are about to get married as everyone gets together for the evening to dress up, dance and enjoy new beginnings.
